Brand Content Manager

The Brand Content Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Oasis tone of voice transcends in a relevant way across our product, brand and service stories. They ensure that all customer-facing content is consistent and that it continually reinforces Oasis as a leading boutique high street retailer globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops the content marketing plan that supports the marketing strategy determined by the Head of Marketing and Customer Director.
  • Leads the storytelling of seasonal campaigns and collaborations in association with the Marketing Manager, creating hooks and straplines that translate across all channels and amplify the Oasis brand.
  • Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining brand-led content across Oasis-stores.co.uk, customer emails, all social platforms, in-store POS and easels. Ensuring that this content is consistent and that key messages are successfully communicated.
  • Works in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Senior Customer Insights Manager to oversee all content initiatives and ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and positive customer experiences are delivered.
  • Works in partnership with the Head of Digital and Design and Development Manager to schedule content before briefing the Brand Copywriter and wider team.
  • Leads the Brand Copywriter and Content Coordinator to create and publish engaging online content.
  • Responsible for briefing the Brand Copywriter on content features and blog updates.
  • Oversees all monthly content shoots with the Content Coordinator and Photographic Production Manager ensuring that best practice and an innovative approach are upheld.
  • Supports the Head of Marketing to track and report on the success rate of content posts and make Oasis content culturally relevant to our target customers.
  • Manages the content calendar and ensures that the Content Coordinator and Social Media assistant deliver against this.
  • Responsible for the proof reading, editing and improvement of brand copy and online product descriptions. This includes working with the Digital Team to optimise content for SEO and web traffic tools and working with the Creative team to create copy across all print and window formats.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Brand Copywriter and Content Coordinator, supporting the team’s development through regular mentoring and the setting of personal objectives.

International Assistant Merchandiser

Oasis Fashions are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Merchandiser for our International team in our Shoreditch Head Office

The role will assist in the Planning & Trading of own area using analysis and forecasting to ultimately maximise profit and limit risk within the department.

Key Deliverables

Trading

  • Responsible for updating and monitoring weekly intake and is aware of DC capacities.
  • Collates and distributes all reports across function as required.
  • Utilises the Auto DS to update the WSSI and has an understanding of its use.
  • Has an awareness of the OTB and its impact on the department.
  • Is consistently aware of daily sales and updates team on current trade.
  • Undertakes any analysis and data inputting as required.

Buying Coordinator

Oasis Fashions are looking to recruit a Buying Coordinator to work in our Buying team in our Shoreditch Head Office.

This is an entry level role with great prospects for someone who is interested in developing a career in buying and has a passion for fashion and retail!

The Role

You will be working within a busy buying department, supporting the Junior Buyers & Buyers in developing and sourcing the Oasis products.

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Creating garment orders
  • Monitoring the critical path
  • Managing all of the fit stages
  • Sample and department co-ordination
  • A range of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the buying team

Experience & Skills necessary

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience, or who has completed a relevant qualification and is looking to gain practical industry experience.

Oasis Fashions are looking to recruit a Print Design Assistant to work in our Design team in our Shoreditch Head Office.

This is an entry level role, with real prospects for someone who is interested in developing a career in Print Design and has a passion for fashion and retail!

The Role

You will be based within a busy Design department; working closely with the Print Manager and design team to help produce the print and pattern range across all departments.

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Researching and interpreting print trends appropriate for the Oasis customer
  • Reworking vintage prints
  • Creating all over and placement prints, embroideries and embellishments
  • Generating print colour ways that sit together in a package
  • A range of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the Print Design team

Experience & Skills necessary

We are ideally looking for someone who has completed a relevant qualification and is looking for their first step into the Print Design world; it would be desirable if relevant work experience or industry experience had been undertaken.

Marketing Coordinator

Oasis Fashions are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join them in their Shoreditch Head office. The Marketing Coordinator provides a key link between the Buying, Retail and PR & Marketing teams to ensure that Oasis product stories are supported with omni-channel marketing activity. They are also responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is aligned across all Oasis stores and concessions globally.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to implement product marketing initiatives that attract new customers to the Oasis brand.

Works with multichannel teams to help execute stellar product marketing campaigns and in store experiences that drive retail and online sales. This includes attending monthly buying meetings and working with the Head of Marketing to develop product stories as part of the annual marketing plan.

Works directly with the Buying team to establish larger product stories and then brief this into the Content Coordinator and Social Media Manager to form mini campaigns. This includes managing all timings, the communication to the wider business (i.e. Retail) and budget management.

Supports the Head of Marketing with the tracking and reporting on of all product marketing strategies.

Responsible for managing the relationships with key partners and shopping centres within the UK and Ireland. Ensuring that our seasonal branding is kept up to date and that all marketing opportunities are continually explored.

Supports the Marketing Manager with the execution of the in store customer experience, including gift with purchases, giveaways, scent in store, digital content screens and fitting room samples.

Working directly with the Retail Team to ensure that there are open lines of communication to the store teams regarding new launches, campaigns and collaborations.

Supports the Retail team with localised marketing activity and events, liaising with The My Personal Stylist team and Store Managers to help establish Oasis stores in their local communities.

Responsible for the end-to-end project management of Bessie the Bus, including managing all third partners, permits and budgets.

Responsible for updating the product marketing plan in the Brand Marketing & Trade calendars each week.

Manages administrative tasks for the team such as stationary ordering, travel bookings, couriers and the management of the marketing drive.

Supports the Marketing Manager with brand partnership opportunities and third party partnerships.

Line manager to Marketing interns.

We’re looking for an International Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our International team in our Shoreditch Head Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role supports the International Merchandising team with all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of the team. The International MAA runs daily and weekly reports to update sales and stock information and circulates within the team and to the wider business. They also participate in weekly and monthly meetings, pulling together all relevant reports and circulating ahead of time, as well as joining weekly conference calls with partners to discuss trade.

ABOUT YOU

  • Good understanding of the fashion retail industry and strong commercial awareness
  • Ideally have experience working in a high street retailer (either on the shop floor or in Head Office)
  • IT literate with some excel knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines
  • GCSE Maths grade C or above

Web Optimisation Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, analytical, customer-oriented individual to join a growing digital team in an exciting new role. Responsible for overseeing digital optimisation and analytics across all markets and digital channels, the Digital Optimisation Manager will be responsible for maximising customer engagement, customer satisfaction and channel conversion.

The successful candidate will gather, interpret and disseminate analytical insights across the digital team working particularly closely with the Digital Projects Manager to create a roadmap for digital development to constantly drive performance across all channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work across digital team to distil a data-driven culture with full support of the Head of Digital and Senior Ecommerce Manager
  • Ensure all Digital functions (and wider business functions) are informed of relevant metrics, insights and analytics covering:
    • Site performance metrics across digital channels and platforms
    • Content and campaign performance
    • Onsite user journey and behaviour
    • A/B testing activity and results
    • Onsite searches
    • Ongoing Customer Satisfaction / NPS
  • Provide actionable insights, report on site metrics and identify areas for improvement; work with Digital Project Manager to prioritise initiatives and feed into overall digital roadmap
  • Use past digital performance to add value to the creation of new content/campaigns, prioritisation of site developments and overall digital decision making
  • Work closely with Design and Development Manager to ensure effective tracking is in place to measure performance of new site functionality and campaigns or to create new reports
  • Regular objective assessment of user experience to evaluate the effectiveness of the website across all devices and subsequent creation of recommendations to deliver a world class digital experience
  • Collation and evaluation of customer site feedback and NPS to identify areas of concern
  • Full responsibility for delivering AB/multivariate testing adopting a 'test and learn' approach, with continued reporting on optimisation impact
  • Work with the wider team to develop on-site personalisation strategy
  • Manage and maintain strong external relationships with analytics, testing, reviews and recommendations engines and any other third parties that become key to role

Key Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience within an ecommerce business (specific fashion experience not necessary)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to convert and translate complex data into digestible insight
  • Excellent analytical skills – Google Analytics / IBM Analytics,advanced Excel skills
  • Track record of turning insights into actions to drive sales performance
  • Experience of optimising customer journey through data driven design, user-centred design and user testing

Team Administrator - Buying, Merch & Design

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dynamic and motivated individual to join the Oasis team in their Shoreditch Head Office. 

 

Purpose of the role:

To provide accurate and efficient support to the Executive Team (the Brand Director, Commercial Director and Design Director).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management (the Directors will mostly manage their own diary, but the team Admin needs to support the Exec team with co-ordinating their diaries to ensure key meetings are included)
  • Reconciling credit card statements and managing expenses monthly
  • Arranging trips (UK & International) for the Exec, including booking travel, hotels, organising visas and producing detailed itineraries
  • Booking Team trips, ensuring they fall within the budget
  • Arranging monthly Executive Meetings, including collating agendas
  • Ensuring Merchandising planner is updated weekly for Commercial Director
  • Involvement in events organising
  • Being main point of contact for key stakeholders within the brand; able to use initiative and problem-solve
  • Ad hoc requests; booking meeting rooms, making reservations, ordering taxis, IT set up
  • Ad hoc personal errands
  • Authorising team holidays in MyHR (our Company holiday management system) and inputting them on to the team holiday calendar

Key Skills:
