    What are the advantages of having an Oasis Card?
    The Oasis Card is the best way to shop at Oasis stores and online, with Up to £500 instant credit*, exclusive shopping events and cardholder offers – you’ll be invited to regular shopping events with special discounts and goodie bags too! As an Oasis cardholder, you’ll be the first to hear about the most important trends, the hottest new products and the best sale bargains. *Credit subject to status.

    Who can apply for an Oasis Card?
    Applicants must be 18 or over and a UK resident.

    How can I apply for an Oasis Card?
    You can apply online by clicking here, speaking to an Oasis Card representative by calling 0870 240 6089 or applying in store at an Oasis standalone store. Click here to locate your nearest Oasis store.

    When can I start using my Oasis Card?
    It only takes a few minutes to complete the application form in store or online. If you apply in store, and your application is accepted, you will be able to take advantage of the benefits of being an Oasis cardholder straight away. You will be issued with a card between 7-10 days. For online applications please allow the same time.

    How do I pay my Oasis Card?
    There are a numbers of ways you can pay your Oasis card – by Post, Direct Debit, Standing Order or Telephone Banking. You will receive a statement detailing the purchases you’ve made with your Oasis Card and the current balance. You can either spread the cost of your purchases and repay the minimum payment (which is £4 or 4% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater) or you can pay any amount up to the full balance.

    Am I charged an annual fee?
    No, there are no annual charges

    How often do I receive my statement?
    Statements are issued monthly, which include all spending on your Oasis Card. You will only receive a statement if you have spent on your card.

    Are items I buy with my Oasis Card insured?
    Items are not covered unless you take out insurance on your card, information on the options available are included in your Welcome Pack (when you receive your Oasis Card).

    Can I view my Oasis Card accounts online?
    Oasis cardholders currently receive monthly statements through the post which detail any purchases made using your Oasis Card. However, there are many exciting developments planned for the Oasis website in the near future, which will enable you to view your purchase history, current balance and make payments. Watch this space for more details!

    Can I use my Oasis Card to pay for goods online?
    Yes! And you will be able to take advantage of exclusive discounts, only available to Oasis cardholders.

    Can more than one person use an Oasis Card?
    Only the registered cardholder is allowed to use the Oasis Card, however you can apply for additional cards for friends and family. These cards will be linked to your account and as the account holder you will be responsible for the payment of the account, including any purchases made by additional cardholders.

    What do I do if my Oasis Card is lost, stolen or misused?
    In the event that your card is lost, stolen or misused please contact us immediately by calling 0870 240 6089. To protect yourself against lost or stolen cards, call IKANO Customer Services on 0870 240 6089 for further information about the card protection scheme.

    Can I take out Payment Protection?
    Yes, you can protect your payments by joining the payment protection plan. You pay a monthly premium (amount dependent on how much you have spent on your card), the minimum payment will then be covered by the plan in the event of inability to work due to illness or redundancy.     What do I do if my address changes?
    If you move home please contact us immediately to advise us of your new address on 0870 240 6089. If we are not informed of this you will be liable to repay any reasonable costs we incur to find your new address.

    How do I cancel my Oasis Card?
    Please write to us and inform us that you wish to close your account and pay off the remaining balance (the full balance must be paid off before the account can be closed).
