Collect+

You can now return your items by Collect + with drop off points in over 3,800 local stores open early till late 7 days a week. Simply enclose your despatch note, apply the collect + label to your parcel, take it into any one of the participating stores and you’ll get a proof of postage and a code to track your return. We will refund you automatically and process your return within 5-10 working days on receipt of your items. Standard Delivery £2.99

For Standard Delivery you can expect to receive your Goods within 5 (five) days of order placement (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays). If you have not received your Goods within 7 days please contact our customer services team. Order tracking will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order. Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 2pm.

Signatures are required for the standard delivery option.

Next Working Day Delivery £4.99

For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will take an additional day to be dispatched. excluding Saturday and Sunday. If you order anytime on Saturday or up to 12pm on Sunday, you will receive your Goods on the Monday. If you order after 12pm on Sunday, you will receive your Goods on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us.

Signatures are required for the next day delivery option.

Tomorrow Evening Delivery £6.99

For premium next day delivery, week day orders must be placed between 4pm and midnight and will arrive between 7pm and 10pm the following night. For premium next day delivery on the Saturday, place your order between 4pm and midnight on Friday and your order will arrive between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Same Day Delivery £6.99

For same day delivery, week day orders must be placed before 12pm and will arrive between 7pm and 10pm. For same day delivery on the weekend, place your order before 11am and your order will arrive between 4pm and 7pm. Same day delivery is available on a Bank Holiday, place your order before 11am and your order will arrive between 4pm and 7pm. Signatures are required for the same day delivery option.

From 90 Minute Delivery £7.99

For 90 minute delivery, week day orders must be placed during standard store opening times and will arrive from 90 minutes from your order being placed. This service is provided through the courier provider, shutl and is only available on selected products. Customers will be made aware of their expected delivery time at the time of ordering and via email communication sent directly from shutl.

Signatures are required on delivery to accept your 90 minute delivery order. Available in Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and London!

Nominated Day Delivery £4.99

To take advantage of our nominated day delivery service you must place you order before 4pm the previous day. You can order anytime of your choice of day, up to 7 days in advance. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. You will receive a text and e mail from our carrier to give you a one hour time slot for delivery – this will happen on the morning of your delivery day. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your Goods.

Items sent to the following business types are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.

Ireland Delivery €5.00

Oasis offers the Ireland delivery option for a single fee of €5.00, regardless of the number of items in the order. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us.

For orders to Ireland placed before 1pm, you can expect to receive your Goods from 3 -5 ( three to five ) days of order placement (excluding Sundays).

Signatures are required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

USA Delivery $10.00

You can expect to receive your Goods within 10 days of order placement (excluding Sundays). Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Europe or the US to our stores.

If you wish to return your Goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:

- Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form.

- Complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods.

Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.

The returns address is Oasis Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, United Kingdom OX29 5UT.

Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the despatch note to your local post office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Please remember to complete the returns form with your returned product(s).

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
