New VAT Rate Changes for 2010

From Friday 1st January 2010, the VAT rate in the UK will be increasing from 15% to 17.5%. This rate will NOT be passed onto our customers, and our prices will remain the same.

From Friday 1st January 2010, the VAT rate in the ROI will be decreasing from 21.5% to 21%. To take advantage of this VAT rate change, simplye enter the code "VATROI" at the checkout page. Unfortunately, this code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Delivery Options

Free P&P over £100 / €100

In order to receive free standard delivery on all orders over £100 please enter the code 'FREEDEL' at the checkout stage. For ROI customers the discount can be applied if your purchase is over €100. Please note that this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Standard Delivery £3.95

For standard delivery orders placed before 1pm, you can expect to receive your goods 3 - 5 ( thre to five ) working days of order placement. For orders placed after 1pm, please allow 3-5 ( three to five ) working days.

Signatures are not required for the standard delivery option.

Next Day Delivery £4.95

For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will take an additional day to be dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer Sunday delivery. Orders placed between 4pm on Friday and 4pm on Monday please expect delivery on the following Tuesday.

Signatures are required for the next day delivery option.

Saturday Delivery £5.95

To take advantage of our Saturday service you must place you order before 4pm on Friday. Orders placed after 4pm, will be delivered the following Saturday.

You are able to specify a different delivery address to billing address using the Saturday service but a signature is required.

We deliver most items the next Saturday by 4pm (depending on service selected).

Items sent to the following business types are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.

Oasis offers the Ireland delivery option for a single fee of €5.00, regardless of the number of items in the order.

For orders to Ireland placed before 1pm, you can expect to receive your goods up to 5 ( five ) working days of order placement.

Signatures are not required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

You can expect to receive your goods within 10 working days of order placement. Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Europe or the US to our stores.

If you wish to return your goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:

- Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form.

- Complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods.

Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.

The returns address is Oasis Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, United Kingdom OX29 5UT.

Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the despatch note to your local post office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Please remember to complete the returns form with your returned product(s).

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
