    Retail Careers

    The Oasis service philosophy is based on 'Karma' and we believe that each employee can 'Make a Difference' through having the right attitude. It is the attitude and the smile that we actively recruit rather than the skill as through our coaching and support you will gain the skills you need to 'Make a Difference'.

    Working in one of our Branches is fun yet hard work, but you will learn loads and enjoy the Oasis experience. Everything we do in our Branches is focussed on our customer and we believe that being Ambassadors of the brand you will lead the way and bring our service values to life.

    The roles that we have available in Retail and the selection criteria:

    • Sales Advisor
    • Supervisor
    • Assistant Branch Manager
    • Manager
    • Area Manager
    • Creative and Visual roles: In-store Visual Merchandiser, Area Visual Merchandiser and Creative Coordinator


    Learning and Development



    Training at Oasis will include some of the following:

    • On the job training enabling you to understand your role in the team and the business
    • One to one coaching/support to aid you in moving onto the next role within the team
    • Training workshops/courses aimed at developing specific skills such as leadership, delegation, time management, influencing
    • Tools in store allow you to continually re-build and update your product and fashion knowledge.

    We feel that our brand is driven by our customer facing staff and we do everything that we can to ensure that they are confident in their approach and enjoy showing our customer's what our product means to them. Our Sales advisors are all inducted into our brand in their first 6 months.

    Even though training is provided and we have a wide variety of courses on offer, we believe firmly that individuals must work on their own personal development with the coaching and support of their line manager.

    For Retail Store positions:

    You can contact your local Oasis branch to see if there are any suitable vacancies as each Branch Manager manages their own recruitment. You will need to ask for an application form, once this has been completed take this back to the branch with a copy of your CV.

    Alternatively download an application form from the website and hand this in to the Branch Manager at your local store.
