If you’ve never shopped online before or are new to our website, don’t worry. The site is really simple to use, and to make it even easier we’ve put together these tips.

 

How to find what you’re looking for

There are several ways to shop on the site: by garment, by trend, by New In or by using the search function to find a specific item.

Shop by Garment

You can simply click the GO SHOPPING link found on the top navigation and you will instantly see a list of product categories, if you click on one of these, you’ll see a list of sub-categories – eg, ‘tops’ is split down into ‘fashion tops’, ‘basics’ and ‘shirts’. You can also see what is New In to view the latest products that have been delivered.

Shop by Trend

To give you a quick and easy guide to wearing the latest trends, this section groups products into the seasonal trends put together by our designers and buyers.

How to find a specific item

The search function, found in the top navigation, gives you several different ways to find specific items:

• If you’ve seen something in-store and already have the style number, simply enter it into the search box.
• You can also enter a phrase and/or department into the search box – e.g., ‘jersey tops’
• If you’re in a hurry, the advanced search option enables you to narrow down your search. You can search by Garment, Sub-brand (Denim), Colour, Price and Size.

 

Using your Shopping Bag

When you’ve found something you want to buy, select the size you want, then click ‘Add to Bag’. When you’ve finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click on ‘Shopping Bag’. After double-checking the contents of your basket, click on ‘Check Out’.

You’ll then be taken to the secure payment area, where you just need to follow the simple instructions to complete your order.

 

Registering online

To shop online with us you need to register. This is a simple process which asks you to nominate a ‘username’ (your email address) and a password (any memorable word of your choice).

If you forget your password at any time, don’t worry. Simply click on the link on the log-in page and we’ll email it to you.

Payment Options

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Oasis Card, Mastercard, Visa, Domestic Maestro/Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, Visa Delta, American Express and Diners.

Oasis paper gift vouchers are not available to use for payment online, however you can purchase these as a gift for someone.
