The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.

The rights in all software and content made available to you on or through the Website are our property or the property of our licensors and all such rights are reserved by us and our licensors. Oasis is a trade mark belonging to us and no licence or consent is granted to you to use these marks in any way, and you agree not to use these marks or any marks which are colourably similar without our written permission.

We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

  • The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors – including your display settings;
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate;
  • All Goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
  • Any delivery estimates given on the Website or by email are estimates only;

Part 2a - Purchase

You make an offer to purchase a Good from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website, as set out below:

  • adding Goods to your shopping basket;

  • checkout step 2 – address details; and
  • checkout step 3 – payment details and confirmation of Order.

Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until it is accepted by us. When you order more than one (1) item, your Order contains a series of offers for each item individually.

The personalised and/or monogrammed services offered by us are only available to you if you reside in England, Wales or Scotland.

We reserve the right to reject personalised and/or monogrammed Orders, at our sole discretion, where they breach our terms and conditions, any applicable laws, decency or we suspect that they may infringe any rights of third parties. On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery method. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods. You may withdraw your offer at any time before we accept your Order without any liability.

We must receive full payment both of the price of the Goods and any applicable delivery charges before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by My Oasis Card, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Delta, American Express and PayPal, or any other payment method available on the Website, we will process the payment at the time of preparing your Goods for dispatch.

An offer made by you to purchase Goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch the Goods to you and send you an Order dispatch email which includes details of the Goods being dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an Order prior to acceptance. If a particular item that you have ordered is not available, we will inform you of this in the Order dispatch email. Any Goods which are not available will be deleted from your Order and not form part of any contract between you and us.

All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling (although we may provide an indicative price in other currencies, this is not binding). Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. Our VAT number is: 927570405. The actual price charged if you reside overseas will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.

If you order Goods from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which could be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Part 2b – 'Click and Collect'

You can make an offer to purchase Goods on the Website for collection in an Oasis store (your "Click and Collect Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

  • add Goods to your shopping basket;
  • create a new user account or log in as an existing user if you are a returning customer;
  • select the 'collect instore' delivery option;
  • select a participating Oasis store from the options provided on the checkout page;
  • select or add a billing address; and
  • payment details and confirmation.

Your Click and Collect Order does not form a binding contract until your Goods have been collected in-store and paid for in full by you or on your behalf.

On receipt of your Click and Collect Order, we will send you a Click and Collect Order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Click and Collect Order process.

The Click and Collect Order acknowledgement email will contain your Click and Collect Order number, details of the Goods purchased and a delivery method to the selected Oasis store. You will receive an additional email once your Order has arrived in store informing you that the Order is ready for collection.

The Click and Collect service is available in Oasis stand-alone stores only throughout England, Wales and Scotland. The Click and Collect service is not available at any Oasis concession, outlet or department store or outside of England, Wales or Scotland.

You will be required to show personal identification when collecting the Goods at the till point of your selected Oasis store, so please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving licence or utility bill, credit or debit card, valid passport, photo identity card (Foreign National, Military, Police Warrant) and your paper copy or your email confirmation that your order is ready to collect to the store to present for the purposes of collection. If you would like someone else to collect your Click and Collect Order on your behalf, they must bring a paper copy or your email confirmation that your order is ready to collect together with a form of your personal identification.

We will keep your Click and Collect Order at your chosen Oasis store for ten (10) days', from the date of delivery to the Oasis store. After the expiry of the period of ten (10) days', your Click and Collect Order shall be returned to Oasis' distribution centre and you will be issued a refund within fourteen (14) days of the Click and Collect Order arriving in Oasis' distribution centre, via your original method of payment.

The Click and Collect service may be suspended at any time.

Part 2c - Delivery

We currently offer the delivery options detailed on our website.

We endeavour to ensure that the Goods that you order are provided by the agreed delivery date and, where applicable, time. However, delays could occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither Oasis nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated time frame for reasons outside of our or their control.

The risk of loss and damage of the Goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the Goods.

Delivery of all Goods outside of the EU will take (roughly) seven (7) - ten (10) days, except where this is not possible due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery costs in the UK and Ireland and the cost to sign up to 'Oasis Unlimited' are set out on our website.

For delivery costs outside of the UK please check the specific country website that you are ordering from. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs outside the UK and Ireland are as follows:

  • Europe: 9,99€
  • Rest of World: 9,99€

No changes can be made to the delivery address after the Order has been made.

We ship to any British Force Post Office address ("BFPO"). Please use Standard Delivery and enter your full BFPO address in the checkout including the BFPO postcode.

Neither Oasis nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated time frame for reasons outside of our or their control.

The risk of loss and damage of the Goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the Goods.

Delivery of all Goods to Sweden will take (roughly) three (3) - five (5) days, except where this is not possible due to factors beyond our control.

For delivery costs outside of the UK please check the specific country website that you are ordering from. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs outside the UK and Ireland are as follows:

  • Sweden: 75 KR
  • Rest of World: 9.99€

No changes can be made to the delivery address after the Order has been made.

We ship to any British Force Post Office address ("BFPO"). Please use Standard Delivery and enter your full BFPO address in the checkout including the BFPO postcode.

RETURNING GOODS

This Part 3 sets out the terms which govern your right to return any Goods that you do not want to keep.

When we deliver your Goods to you we will include a dispatch note with information on how to return Goods to us. Returns details are set out here (if you don't have your dispatch note to hand) click here if you want to return any Goods, you must complete the returns section on the dispatch note and enclose this with the Goods you are returning.

You can, at any time within twenty eight (28) days of receiving Goods from us return any Goods to us as long as the original labels are still on the garments.

Exceptions to your refund and cancellation rights apply. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, the following:

personalised Goods;

monogrammed Goods; and

Other Goods may be added to this list from time to time.

The terms of this Part 3 do not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged Goods, which you will be entitled to return in accordance with your rights set out under the heading "Your legal rights to cancel the contract (faulty Goods)" below. Once you decide to return the Goods, you must not use them and you must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. All labels must remain intact. The Goods must be returned to us intact, unused and undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. We will refund you the price paid for the Goods returned using the payment method you used when purchasing the Goods within fourteen (14) days' of receiving your return.

Your legal rights to cancel the contract (non-faulty Goods)

Separately to your contractual rights to return Goods within twenty eight (28) days, UK, ROI and EU customers enjoy cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("Consumer Contract Regulations"). If you wish, you may notify us via help@oasis-stores.com informing us that you have changed your mind in respect of the Order, and that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period fourteen (14) days from the next working day after you receive the Goods). If you do change your mind, and want to cancel the contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period, you may complete the Withdrawal Form here and return it back to us. You will find details on how to send this back to us on the Withdrawal Form itself, or you can cancel your order by forwarding the Withdrawal Form by email to help@oasis-stores.com. You must then return the Goods to us within fourteen (14) days of giving us notice of your cancellation/withdrawal in the manner specified on the Returns page to receive your refund.

Your legal rights to cancel the contract (non-faulty Goods)

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract. See the summary below of your key legal rights in relation to the Goods. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

Summary of your key legal rights

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Your legal rights entitle you to cancel the contract between us and one (1) (or more) of the following remedies, depending on when you notify us:

  • within thirty (30) days'- if your Goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
  • up to six (6) months'- if your Goods are faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • up to six (6) years'- if your Goods do not last a reasonable length of time, within a period of six (6) years', you may be entitled to a part refund.

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject Goods, you must either return the Goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us, or (if they are not suitable for postage), allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection if the Goods are faulty.


Returning Goods to Store (UK & ROI only) – Free of charge

If you wish to return any Goods to an Oasis store, you must take them to one of our UK Oasis standalone stores with the dispatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. This facility is not available at any Oasis concession, outlet or department store or outside of the UK or ROI.

The dispatch note must be presented at till point in the Oasis store. You will be asked for the reason for the return, and whether you wish to exchange the Goods or obtain a refund. We regret that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of Goods where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please ensure you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Oasis purchases made at a concession in a department store must be returned to the same concession for a refund, and are bound by that host stores' policy of return (details of which can usually be found on the reverse of the host's till receipt).

Returning Goods by via Royal Mail (UK only)- Free of charge

If you wish to return your Goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:

write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns section on the dispatch note;

complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods;

ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.

Please remember to complete the dispatch note with your returned Good(s). Provided you have notified us in writing that you wish to cancel your Order under the Consumer Contract Regulations, and the return of your Goods also meets the terms of this Part 3 or Part 4, you will be entitled to a full refund including basic delivery cost (such costs equal to the least expensive delivery method costs that we offer), if applicable. We may also reduce your refund of the price of the Goods (excluding the costs of delivery) if you have failed to take reasonable care of the Goods, whether whilst in your possession, or when returning the Goods, by way of compensation, to either repair the Goods or cover any of our loss caused by the damage.

If you do not change your mind and exercise your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations, the delivery cost of returning the Goods to us is your responsibility.

Returning Goods by Post (International & European orders)

If you wish to return your Goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:

Log in to our returns portal using your order number for the item(s) you want to return. Use our returns portal to see all returns options in one place.

Select one of our trusted couriers and print your label if required. Please note that we will only accept returns dispatched through our nominated carriers.

Complete the dispatch note and enclose it with your Goods; ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.

Delivery cost of returning the Goods to us is your responsibility. All customs and import duties will be your responsibility. 

If any international or European Orders are returned to us due to a Good being faulty, you will be liable for the import duty (but we will refund this once we have received the Good and established that the Goods is faulty) on the condition that you send proof of this to us via the email address: help@oasis-stores.com. Any refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned Order.



T&CS RELATING TO US AND YOU

This Part 5 sets out some general terms that govern our relationship with you and purchases by you.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.

All communications from you to us must be made in English.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the Goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.

Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for the determination of disputes.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once activated, the Oasis Gift Card is redeemable for full or part payment of products on our website by entering the card number and the PIN number beneath the scratch off PIN panel, and in Oasis stand alone stores, within the UK upon presentation. Gift Cards may not be used in concessions. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card.

Gift Cards are open to residents in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years' old and over, only. The Gift Cards may only be used in our stand alone stores within the UK, and the following Outlet stores: Cheshire Oaks and Banbridge and for online purchases.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or vouchers, or be used to settle any outstanding Oasis account card.

Please treat your Gift Card as cash, Oasis cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and cannot be replaced.

The minimum amount to activate or top up a Gift Card is £1, or in the case of Gift Cards issued in the ROI €1 and the maximum card limit is £500, or in the case of Gift Cards issued in the ROI €500. Gift cards can be topped up at any till point in store by informing the sales advisor of the amount to be added. Gift Cards are not for resale.

Your Gift Card balance may be checked in store or online at www.oasis-stores.com.

All refunds of goods or services purchased with your Gift Card will be made in accordance with Oasis’ refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

MY OASIS CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This table summarises our main Oasis VIP Card features. It does not replace any legal conditions and we ask you to read the full terms and conditions for more information.

Interest free period

Up to 55 days on purchases if your balance is paid off by the ‘payment to reach us by’ date. We will charge interest from the date of the purchase until the date that the outstanding balance is repaid in full (see condition 8 in terms and conditions for further details).

Interest free credit

Purchases of £100.00 or more are interest free for up to 3 months. Interest will be charged on any remaining balance after this 3-month period has ended. Interest is charged from the day that your interest free credit period ends until the amount you owe is fully repaid. Every month you must pay at least the minimum amount set out on your statement. This will be either 3.65% of the total amount charged to your Oasis Card, or £3.65, whichever is greater. Any default fees you may have been charged may also be included if you opened on or after 1st January 2011.

Allocation of payments

Any payment that you make which is insufficient to repay the full balance on your account will be applied to cover any insurance premium dues as a priority. Payments will then be allocated to pay any higher interest rate balances off first, before any lower interest rates. When payments are allocated to each different balance they will be applied in the following order, default fees and charges, interest and then purchases.

Minimum payment

Every month you must pay at least the minimum amount set out on your statement. This will be either 3.65% of the total amount charged to your Oasis VIP Card or £3.65, whichever is greater.

Any default fees you may have been charged may also be included if you opened your account on or after the 1st January 2011.

The Packages

'Your Best Girls' Appointment includes the following services at the Store:

  • Styling session with an Oasis personal shopper
  • One complimentary glass of prosecco for each person attending (non-alcoholic options available upon request).

During the styling session, you and your party (a maximum of ten people in total) can try on items from the 'Oasis Bridesmaid' collection, only, and have a dress fitting and styling consultation from an Oasis personal shopper.

Bookings will be confirmed by an Oasis staff member via email or telephone number supplied.

No deposit is required when booking 'Your Best Girls' Appointment.

An appointment for 'Your Best Girls' Appointment can only be booked for a maximum of one hour and thirty minutes.

'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment includes the following services at the Store:

  • Styling session with an Oasis personal shopper
  • Afternoon tea which will include a variety of sandwiches and cakes and one glass of prosecco for each person attending (non-alcoholic options available upon request).
  • £25 per person attending

If you or your party have any allergies/dietary requirements, these must be declared to the Store staff (in person at the Store or by telephone on 0207 323 2372) with at least twenty-four hours' of booking the 'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment.

During the styling session, you and your party (a maximum of ten people in total) can try on items from the 'Oasis Bridesmaid' collection, only, and have a dress fitting and styling consultation from an Oasis personal shopper.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required for booking 'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment at the time of booking to secure an appointment. Payment of the deposit must be made over the phone with an Oasis member of staff.

An appointment for 'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment can only be booked for a maximum of three hours.

('Your Best Girls' Appointment and 'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment are together known as the "Services" or each a "Service").

Booking the Services

A booking of a Service can only be made online through the Booking Portal. A booking will not be accepted through any means other than through the Booking Portal.

Oasis reserves the right to cancel, terminate or refuse to schedule a personal shopper appointment for any reason in its sole discretion, including in circumstances outside of its control.

You are under no obligation to purchase items recommended in the Services. The 'Oasis Bridesmaid' collection is subject to size and availability.

Accessibility

In order to ensure the best service possible, Oasis request that if you are disabled that you are accompanied by a person who is able to assist the Store's staff with accessibility.

Cancelling a Service

Should you wish to cancel a Service, please call the Store and quote your booking reference along with the reason you wish to cancel.

Please note that the deposit for 'Your Maid Of Honour' Appointment is non-refundable for cancellations made at any time.

If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be regarded as cancelled and you will have to book a new appointment on Booking Portal should you wish to use a Service. If your miss three (3) consecutive appointments, the Service missed will no longer be available to you and no further bookings from you will be accepted.

Restrictions

Please note that a maximum of ten people can attend one Service. Persons of any age can attend the Service; however, persons under eighteen years old will not be permitted to drink alcohol at the Service.

Your belongings

You are responsible for the care and safety of your own belongings. Oasis will not be liable for any damage or loss of belongings during the Service.

  6. If a customer has not made an eligible purchase using the Oasis Unlimited service within one (1) month of purchasing the Oasis Unlimited membership on the Oasis Website, the customer can cancel its Oasis Unlimited membership by contacting Oasis' customer services.

1.           Who we are

2.           The Oasis Insiders

2.1         The Oasis Insiders Program (the “Oasis Insiders”) consists of various focus group sessions and questionnaires which Oasis customers are invited to apply for by Oasis. 

2.2         The purpose of the focus group and questionnaires is to discuss products, services and new features.

3.           How to participate in Oasis Insiders

4.           Eligibility

4.1         The Oasis Insiders is only open to residents in the United Kingdom, whom live in the Greater London area and aged 18 years or over who receive an invitation via email from Oasis to apply for the Focus Group, except:

(a)      employees of Oasis or its holding or subsidiary companies including employees of Aurora Fashions Group Limited and its group companies;

(b)      employees of agents or suppliers of Oasis or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Focus Group or its administration; or

(c)      members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2         In submitting an application to participate in the Oasis Insiders, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Oasis may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to submit an application to participate in the Oasis Insiders.

4.3         Oasis will not accept applications that are:

(a)      automatically generated by computer;

(b)      completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c)      duplicated;

(d)      illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(e)      photocopies and not originals; or

(f)       incomplete.

4.4         Oasis reserves all rights to reject an application if the conduct of the applicant is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Oasis Insiders.

4.5         Applications cannot be returned to you.

5.           Participation in the Focus Groups

5.1         To participate in the any Oasis Insiders Focus Groups (“Focus Groups”), you must accept the terms of the consent form and submit a signed copy of the consent form to the Oasis representative of the Focus Group on the date of attendance. Failure to submit a signed consent form to the leader of the Focus Group shall result in you not being able to participate in the Focus Group.

6.           The reward

6.1         The reward for a participant who successfully participates in Focus Groups (as per condition 5.2) is that the participant is entitled to keep the Oasis products purchased by the participant, by redeeming the Oasis Voucher on the day of the Focus Group. 

6.2         If a participant's purchase, which has been made by redeeming the Oasis Voucher on the day of the Focus Group, is returned to Oasis, Oasis' usual returns policy shall apply.

7.           Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Oasis, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Focus Group except where it is caused by the negligence of Oasis, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

8.           Ownership of applications and intellectual property rights

8.1         All applications and any accompanying material submitted to Oasis (whether via the Invitation, at the Focus Group or otherwise) will become the property of Oasis on receipt and will not be returned.

8.2         By submitting your application and any accompanying material (whether via the Invitation, at the Focus Group or otherwise) you agree to:

(a)      assign to Oasis all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

(b)      waive all moral rights,

in and to your application, any accompanying material and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

9.           Data protection and publicity

Oasis will only process your personal information as set out in the Oasis Privacy Policy.

10.         General

10.1      If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Oasis may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Focus Group.

10.2      Oasis reserves the right to void, temporarily suspend, cancel or amend these terms and condition when it becomes necessary to do so due to an event outside Oasis' reasonable control.

OASIS INSIDERS FOCUS GROUP


1. Who we are

Oasis Fashions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 6822219 whose registered office is at The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 5UT ("Oasis", "we", "us", "our") is the organiser of the Oasis Insiders Program.

2. The Focus Group

2.1 The Oasis Insiders Program consists of various focus group sessions which Oasis customers are invited to apply for by Oasis. These terms and conditions relate to the focus group session taking place on 27th August 2019 from 6:15pm to 8:00pm at Oasis, 22 Tottenham Court Rd, Bloomsbury, London W1T 1BJ (the "Focus Group").

2.2 The purpose of the Focus Group is to discuss the usability of the Oasis website (the "Website").

3. How to participate in the Focus Group

3.1 Oasis will email selected Oasis customers on 13th August 2019 with a link to an application form to participate in the Focus Group (the "Invitation"). Application entries will be open from 00:01 on 13th August 2019 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 19th August 2019  (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 All applications must be received by Oasis by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All applications received after the Closing Date will be automatically disregarded.

3.3 For a chance to participate in the Focus Group:

(a) complete the application form (linked in the Invitation); and

(b) submit it by the Closing Date.

3.4 Oasis will contact all applicants within 2 days after the Closing Date via email. If you are a successful applicant, then you will be required to respond to Oasis within 48 hours of being notified by Oasis to do so in order to secure your place in the Focus Group. 

3.5 If the successful applicant does not respond within the time period set out in condition 3.4, then their place in the Focus Group will be forfeited, and Oasis reserves the right to select another applicant in accordance with the process described above.

3.6 There are up to 12 places available for the Focus Group.

3.7 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to make an application to participate in the Focus Group.

3.8 Oasis will not accept:

3.13 The decision of Oasis is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Participants will then be required to feedback on their experience by answering a series of questions. Participants will also be required to answer a series of questions in relation to the Website generally, such as branding feedback.

6. The reward

6.1 The reward for a participant who successfully participates in the Focus Group (as per condition 5.2) is that the participant is entitled to keep the Oasis products purchased by the participant, by redeeming the Oasis Voucher on the day of the Focus Group. 

6.2 If a participant's purchase, which has been made by redeeming the Oasis Voucher on the day of the Focus Group, is returned to Oasis, Oasis' usual returns policy shall apply.

7. Limitation of liability

This promotion is open on 4th December 2019 from 07:00 and up to 11th December 2019 at 23:59, only, and is open to all mainland United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion. This includes employees of Aurora Fashions Group Limited and its group companies.

To enter the ‘12 Ings of Christmas Competition, The Botanist Prize’ promotion, the entrant must enter via the sign-up page on our website (the "Promotion").

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind and, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Promotion.

Winners will be chosen from the entrants, in total, by an impartial, independent panel consisting of Oasis employees on the 12th December 2019.  

The winner will receive a £500 NYE night out at The Botanist (the "Prize"), the winner can spend this credit on the 31st December 2019 at the following Botanist location: Alderley Edge, Bath, Birmingham, Coventry, Chester, Cheltenham, Deansgate Manchester, Didsbury, Knutsford, Farnham, MediaCityUK Marlow, Newcastle, Leeds, London, Reading, Sheffield, Warrington, West Bridgford, York.  

The Prize must be redeemed on the 31st December 2019, a minimum of 5% of the credit (£25) must be spent on food. A table of 6 will be reserved for the entire evening under the prize winners name, the winner can invite up to 5 guests to join them all guests. All guests in the winning party must be 18 years old or over. The winner may invite additional guests to split the tab between, but additional guests will not be guaranteed entry if the venue has reached capacity.

During the 11 days of this competition, there will be a different prize on offer to be won each day. The entry for each competition will be open via Instagram post at 07:00 each day and close midnight the same day.

To enter the ‘12Ings of Christmas Competition’ promotion, the entrant must comment an emoji on the competition Instagram post that day and each individual competition will end midnight that day (the "Promotion").

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted per competition, however a person can enter multiple competitions throughout the ’12ings of Christmas Competition’.
