Digital Projects Manager

Oasis Fashion are looking for a Digital Projects Manager who will be based in their Shoreditch Head Office. The role will drive strategic digital initiatives across channels, from scoping and requirements gathering through to operational implementation and migration into BAU.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Role: Permanent/Full time
  • Reports to: Head of Digital
  • Responsible for working across channels to deliver innovative digital and omni-channel projects balancing strategic brand requirements whilst giving thorough consideration to operational implications.
    • Examples include but are not limited to; Apple Pay, mobile app developments, new checkout design, voice, VR and AR…
  • Works collaboratively to bring key stakeholders together to scope and define projects, investigates solutions and discusses these with relevant parties. Project managing all aspects including timings, budgets and resources.
  • Communicates project progress proactively in a structured and accurate manner to all relevant parties.
  • Supports the Head of Digital by developing the strategic digital roadmap, prioritising projects by business benefit and ease of implementation.
  • Works closely and builds excellent relationships with various internal and external teams:
    • Our systems Integrator partner, Astound; our dedicated team of platform developers
    • Internal Design and Development teams; to bring plans to execution
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud; Our website platform, to understand the development roadmap and feed this into strategic plans
    • Our IT department; to understand the process end-to-end and ensure all new developments are tested in such a way. Also, to help trouble shoot any issues with the website and identify the source.

Candidate Experience:

  • Project management experience; the ability to create and communicate timings and budgets
  • Experience from similar sized retailer would be preferred but not essential
  • Collaborative and flexible
  • Structured, organised and able to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Accessories Designer

Oasis Fashion are looking to recruit an Accessories Designer to work in our Design team in our Shoreditch Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accessories specialist to join an established and successful design team, working alongside the Design Director, to create, visualise and deliver outstanding product design and aesthetics.

The Accessories Designer will be:

  • Responsible for creating and delivering outstanding product design and aesthetics for the accessories department, in line with the business, area sub-brand and product strategy
  • Responsible for supporting the Design team in all areas of research, development of products and decision
  • Responsible for designing own styles from initial research, through detailed sketches, artwork, prints & specs
  • Will work closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to build range
  • Responsible for producing timely and unique product through planning, research and whole development cycle, appropriate for the Oasis customer
  • Responsible for the management and development of Design Assistant

Experience & Skills necessary

  • Able to own the colour process for the brand
  • Experience of working closely with a Buying department to build a range would be desirable
  • CAD skills
  • Technically competent on accessories development
  • Experience of working with a supplier would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with the Far East

Hair & Make-Up Artist - Oasis & Warehouse

We are looking for a Hair & Makeup Artist to join the Oasis & Warehouse studio team; the ideal candidate will be passionate about Hair, Makeup and Fashion, consistently aware of current trends and would be able to relate and adapt these to the Oasis/ Warehouse brand.

The Hair & Makeup Artist will be responsible for all Hair and Makeup looks across the Oasis and Warehouse websites, Ecommerce and creative, potentially working on Look Books and Campaigns.

This role will report to the Studio Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full understanding of the Oasis/Warehouse brand and customer
  • Producing a high standard of Hair & Makeup that is brand appropriate, referencing the seasons catwalk trends and street style that would be relevant to the brands
  • On ecommerce days, producing Hair & Makeup looks for the model in the 1 hour allocated time slot, maintaining the approved look throughout the day and touching up after lunch
  • Understand and translate any creative changes quickly and with minimal disruption to the shoot
  • Responsible for Hair & Makeup kit- keeping an updated inventory, ensuring kit is kept clean and organised. Communicating any items needed to Studio Manager
  • Keeping an updated document with all approved Hair & makeup looks and suggestions for each model
  • Suggesting and testing new looks. Presenting ideas for creative briefs
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the Shoot Leads, stylists, photographers and the brands; collectively deciding the most suitable looks depending on model and product

Regional Visual Trainer - South

Oasis are looking for a Regional Visual Trainer for the South region to join their exciting and dynamic VM team.  About the Role

  • Working alongside the Head of Visual this role will plan and execute all creative and visual training through the business 
  • Attend all window and Stylefile set ups in London to deliver regionally through training
  • Works with the Creative Manager and Head of Visual to develop styling and mannequin training sessions 
  • Supports on all large refits and new openings to deliver strong upskilling and training to store teams alongside the Head of Visual
  • Manages all small store openings and refits alongside the Area Manager within region
  • Liaises with Area Manager to discuss team training strategies and commercial requirements within stores / areas to develop training academies to roll out through the business 
  • Responsible for the recruitment and induction of all In-store VMs into the business 
  • Actively develops and upskills the In-store VM teams regionally and as a team to raise the visual proposition and skill base within the brand 
  • Create Stylefile layouts in small stores and concessions to communicate through the Communications Coordinator to support the visual guidelines in line with regional monthly Stylefile training sessions 
  • Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept as requested by Head of Visual 
  • Working closely with the retail team to create a yearly training program across the region to upskill key players 
  • Evolving how we train stores through technology to create training vlogs to upskill store teams 
  • Supporting on International visual inductions, visual training sessions based in the UK and Overseas as required 
  • Attend all Area Meetings within the region and deliver key visual messages and creative focus as part of this retail meeting 

About You


  • Ability to travel regularly around the region and at times the rest of the UK, with occasional international travel when required  
  • Exceptional personal time management and communication skills 
  • Experience of coaching and developing people  
  • Great organisation skills, with planning and running training sessions regionally 
  • Can proactively track and monitor success and talent 
  • Experience and confidence to deliver training presentations in their own unique style to suit the audience 
  • Ability to challenge constructively
  • Periods of overnight work for Stylefile, window launches and training roll out 
  • Requires comprehensive knowledge of word / Power point / Excel / and occasionally in-design / photoshop
